The PSD versions of the logo allow you to have a transparent background and to select only certain elements of the logo as appropriate. The jpeg versions have a white background and will be suitable for most standard purposes. The pngs are higher quality than the jpegs,, one with transparent background, the other with white. Resolution is very high and the file-size correspondingly large, largest logo is 6625 pixels by 1883 pixels at 300 dpi. This of course allows the image sizes/resolutions to be reduced to fit most requirements.
